This beautiful work has been featured in my Watchers Feature Part 6! 
For the Jelly its self, I think a little more contrast could be used. I am not sure what style you were going for, but a brighter or duller color/shade should be included, to create a gradient for the eye, instead of having it blend into the background. I am a huge fan of splatters, 5 seconds in my gallery will tell you that! But the variance, and placement can make all the difference.
I think the addition of more white highlights, or more shadows and shades in both the jellyfish and background will make a huge difference. It will be more pleasing to the eye, and create a more interesting composition.
Overall, lovely job. Jellyfish are so fun to paint, and this was a pleasure to appreciate! (:
